Xi'an Jiaotong University's School of Management's Data Asset Value Management Department unveiled the "INDDIGO" Industry Data Infrastructure Prototype System at the 6th Western Digital Economy Expo in Xi'an, attracting significant attention.

The system, based on "trustworthy circulation + value co-creation," aims to enhance digital economy development and elevate industry standards.

Professor Zhao Xi, from the "Data Asset Value Management Humanities Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education," delivered a keynote speech at the Expo. He discussed national data infrastructure policies and introduced the innovative "INDDIGO" system, highlighting data’s crucial role as a strategic national asset.

The system integrates blockchain, token technology, privacy computing, and data governance, to tackle issues such as limited data sharing willingness and unclear distribution mechanisms. This system provides solutions for decentralized identity management, data registration, circulation processes, and product development, fostering data value release.

Following the presentation, multiple enterprises and institutions expressed interest in collaborating to implement the system. They plan to showcase its application in government data integration, industrial data circulation, and medical finance scenarios.

The Expo, themed "Digital Gathering in Xi'an, Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future," drew participants from over 20 countries and regions. With 309 enterprises and 143 showcasing innovative products, the event serves as a cornerstone for regional digital industry growth and international cooperation, aligning with the national digital economy strategy.

Discussions at the Expo centered on potential partnerships for advancing data infrastructure development, reflecting the growing enthusiasm for innovative solutions in the digital economy landscape.
