On March 10th, at Xidian University in Xi’an, Shaanxi province, the unveiling of Shaanxi's top ten exemplary business cases for 2024 marked a significant step towards improving the region's business landscape.

Hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission in collaboration with Xidian University, the event celebrated innovation, reform, and outstanding leadership within the province.

Yang Wumin, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, emphasized that the release of these cases will amplify efforts in innovation, optimize services, and set a benchmark for others to follow. The newly established Shaanxi Business Environment Research Institute, a collaboration between Xidian University and the provincial commission, will leverage the expertise of scholars to enhance research on business environments, elevating the province's business landscape. 

Ren Xiaolong, secretary of the Party Committee at Xidian University, highlighted the institution's commitment to utilizing technology for regional development and leveraging "Xidian’s wisdom" to support local economic and social progress since its inception in 1958. He expressed a vision of contributing Xidian University's expertise to foster a more attractive and competitive business environment in Shaanxi through the establishment of the Shaanxi Provincial Business Environment Research Institute.

During the event, representatives from various entities, including the Shaanxi Administration for Market Regulation, Yan'an city, Xi'an High-tech Zone, and Shangnan county of Shangluo city, shared their experiences on implementing service-oriented law enforcement comprehensively.

The event not only showcased successful cases but also set the stage for collaborative efforts to further enhance Shaanxi's business environment, emphasizing a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in the region.
