The 3rd Forum on International Communication and Foreign Language Development took place from September 28 to 29 in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, Northwest China.

The forum aimed to deepen the realization of the ambitious vision of "translating China and spreading China," fortify the construction of the international communication capability system, and amplify the global dissemination and influence of Chinese culture.

The forum is jointly organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and Xi'an Fanyi University.
