At the launch ceremony, Wang Huan, deputy secretary of the CPC XJTU Committee, expressed the hope that the School of Aerospace Engineering will continue to integrate teaching and research, create interdisciplinary studies, and conduct more industry-academia collaborations. XJTU and the Second Department of the Second Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Co (CASIC) have had in-depth communications, making indelible contributions to the country's aerospace endeavors.

In recent years, the two parties have been steadily advancing cooperation in various fields of industry-academia collaboration.

On that day, the Second Department of the Second Academy of CASIC donated aerospace equipment models to XJTU, not only symbolizing a new starting point for their close cooperation, but also encouraging enthusiasm for the aerospace industry.

Additionally, the climbing plan social practice base jointly developed by the two sides was unveiled on the same day. The two sides will engage in deep cooperation in talent introduction, project research, and industry-academia research.

The event also featured various activities, such as popular science exhibitions, academic forums, aircraft performances, aircraft model making, mechanics and aerospace knowledge competitions, and interactive experiences, all of which attracted many students to participate.
