The stories of the anti-epidemic workers who took part in the construction of Wuhan's Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals and the Xi'an Public Health Center have been told at an event held on June 18 at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, Shaanxi province, Northwest China.

The meeting is held on Friday in the School of Management of Xi’an Jiaotong University.
Speaking on behalf of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi Guang, vice president of the institution, extended a warm welcome to the report group from China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), and offered his highest respect to the anti-epidemic workers.

Xi said that school-enterprise cooperation is not only about the commercial application of scientific and technological achievements, but also an important measure in terms of deepening education and teaching reform and actively exploring new ways to train new skilled workers.
Yao Kuanyi, deputy secretary of the Party committee of China Construction Silk Road (Northwest China Construction regional headquarters), described CSCEC's work regarding the construction of Wuhan Huoshenshan and Leishenshan hospitals, as well as Xi'an Public Health Center and Lanjia village isolation area on the Xi'an Metro.

Yao said that CSCEC has established a good cooperative relationship with Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the two sides could cooperate further to make due contributions to national economic construction and social development.

All the teachers and students present were moved and showed their respect, applauding the brave anti-epidemic workers and offering sincere praise for their great anti-epidemic spirit.
