The graduation photos of a group of visually impaired high school students in Chongqing have touched many people.

On March 24, senior students at Chongqing Special Education Center shot their graduation photos on the playground. With big smiles, the teens posed for the camera under the sun, standing in rows or lying on the lawn.

The center, located in Chongqing's Nanan district, has the only group of visually impaired high school seniors preparing for the national college entrance examination in the city.

The class has a total of 17 students, most of them totally blind and a few with poor vision.

"I can't see the final photos, but it's great fun shooting them with my classmates," said Wang Yujin, adding that she would send the pictures to her family and friends once she got them, and she will keep them forever.

"They seldom take photos, but they were thrilled about this," said Peng Ting, their teacher. "They are very optimistic kids and are studying hard for the coming exam. The photo session will help ease their tension.

"It might be their first graduation photo in their life, and I do hope all of them would get enrolled at their dream colleges and universities."
