The time limit of working to support the study in China: 

(1) for no more than 20 hours a week in school terms; 

(2) for no more than eight hours a day in school holidays.

The scope of working to support the study in China:

(1) radio and television program production, commercialized performances or performances in commercialized entertaining places in which international students engage are not regarded as working to support their study in China;

(2) when working to support their study in China, international students must act in line with Chinese laws and regulations.
